Looking for a job is always a frightening experience, especially in the current climate. At this difficult time, the modern Jobcentre Plus service is able to provide help and support with a variety of vacancies available.
Last year saw an increasing number of closures and potential redundancies. However, in 2010 the job market is improving with plenty of vacancies in the Doncaster area.
Ann Jackson, District Manager for Jobcentre Plus in South Yorkshire said; “There are still many job opportunities across South Yorkshire. We are working with local employers in the area who are offering a wide variety of vacancies.
Jobcentre Plus is the right place to find professional, technical and executive jobs. As well as a wealth of information about many jobs at all levels Jobcentre Plus have also strengthened their links with recruitment agencies.
Jobcentre Plus advisers can tell you about jobs in your local area and in other places if you want.
Once you find a job you’re interested in, Jobcentre Plus will show you how to apply.
If possible, they will ring the employer and then arrange an interview or send you an application form.
